  • Competitor and market research
  • Content & AI SEO strategy
  • Reddit, YouTube, and platform-based SEO
  • Ongoing SEO advisory and execution services

All services are provided on a best-effort basis, based on industry experience and data available at the time.

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic growth, revenue increase, or magical overnight results. Anyone who does is lying.

2. No guarantees

SEO is influenced by many external factors outside our control, including (but not limited to):

  • Search engine algorithm updates
  • Competitive landscape changes
  • Technical limitations of your website
  • Budget, implementation speed, and internal resources

Therefore:

  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, leads, or revenue.
  • Past results do not guarantee future performance.
  • You’re paying for expertise and execution, not certainty.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Grant necessary access to tools, platforms, and websites
  • Implement recommendations in a timely manner (unless implementation is part of the service)
  • Delays or missing access = delays in results.

4. Payments & Fees

  • All prices are agreed upon in advance (proposal, contract, or invoice).
  • Payments are due in advance, unless otherwise stated.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension.
  • All fees are non-refundable once work has started, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by B2B Gaps, including audits, reports, frameworks, strategies, and documents, remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

After payment:

  • You may use them internally for your business.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or publish them as your own.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all non-public client information as confidential and expect the same in return.

However, unless explicitly agreed otherwise:

  • We may reference your company name or anonymized results for portfolio or case study purposes.
  • If you need strict NDA terms, say it upfront.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

B2B Gaps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of rankings
  • Loss of sanity due to Google updates

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may rely on third-party tools and platforms to make decisions(e.g. Google Search Console, GA4, SEO tools).

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime
  • Data inaccuracies
  • API changes
  • Decisions made by Google, OpenAI, and Reddit.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable international business law principles, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
