A recommendation in Google AI Mode. How one placement put Favikon on the shortlist.
Elena RuizHead of Growth
A high-intent article published on a trusted third-party platform became a cited source, and Favikon now appears among Google’s recommended B2B influencer marketing platforms.
One query, one shortlist
“B2B influencer marketing software” returns a handful of vendors, not a page of links. Favikon was absent from that list while competitors were being described in detail.
The sources behind the answer were the target, not the ranking: a small set of publications, community threads, and one Medium article the model returned to repeatedly.
“One article, on a platform we had dismissed, became a source Google quotes back to our buyers.”
Publishing where the model already reads
We wrote for the query rather than for the brand: a comparison of the platforms in the category, published through an established profile with a real track record.
The piece was picked up as a source within weeks, and Favikon now appears in the answer alongside the vendors it competes with.
